majbrasa

In sweden 1:st of May is a really big deal. It's the day of celebrate the spring (even if it is usually snow and really cool). It is also the celebration of the hard working people and we sing songs to celebrate the spring and also socialist songs to celebrate the working class. Every year in Kenya, we spend it in the swedish school, with a big bonfire, lots of singing and hotdogs and sodas. As I do every year, I helped the Swedish society selling hotdogs and drinks. This year was a great commercial success, not only swedes participated, but also other nordic countries as well as Kenyans and I sold plenty of hotdogs!
